How do I delete the W-4 form

If you don't want to give your employer a new W4 just ignore it.  It doesn't affect your tax return. Or are you asking about something else?

If you have entered a W2 - or had one carried over from a prior year - you can just delete it by going to the list of W2s on your return and clicking the little trash can to the right of the one you wish to delete.

  A W-4 is not part of a tax return.  A W-4 is the form you give to your employer to let them know how much tax to withhold from your paychecks.
