W-2G error

I have entered the information from my W-2 G form correctly into TurboTax and I keep getting an error with the red exclamation.

Are you using the desktop program, click on Forms at the top, then click on the red hexagon labeled Errors. An explanation box will show at the bottom that explains what the error is. If you are using TurboTax Online, try deleting the form W-2G and re-entering it.
