Hello,

I am in the middle of filing my return. I encountered a question if I work on W-2. I work as a Full time in one a consultancy firm. Can I say I have a W-2 or is there any other option? Thanks a lot!

It depends on how your income was reported. If you were a full time employee and received a Form W-2 then you would report that income on TurboTax on a W-2. If you were hired as a contractor and received a 1099-NEC, then you would report that income on TurboTax on a 1099-NEC.

Which form did your employer provide you and we can provide you more details on how to enter that in TurboTax.
