W-2 without State Tax

Living in Washington State.  Had information in block 15 and 16. Employer's State ID number was left blank. Do I fill in the same information from 13.b? Or do I need to grab the Employer's State ID number from HR?  I'm used to only filing a Military W-2, but this time around it's the wife's W-2 that I had to incorporate this year.  Trying to knock this out.

 WA does not have an income tax.  Leave boxes 15,16, & 17 BLANK, empty, no spaces.

Thank you VolvoGirl for the reply! 😀 Would I have to request a new W-2 to reflect this? Or am I good to go leaving it blank.

It's ok.  Just leave those boxes blank.  There's nothing in box 17 right?
