W-2 line 12

For my W-2 on line 12 I have  a code G and a code DD. I can select the code G, but there is no reference to code DD.

You have to go to the error page and then the appropriate drop down menu will appear.

Code G in box 12 is an elective deferrals and employer contributions (including nonelective deferrals) to a section 457(b) deferred compensation plan.

Code DD in box 12 is the cost of employer-sponsored health coverage. The amount reported with code DD is not taxable.
