VT State accepted via Turbo Tax yet State has not seen it?

Why does the State of Vermont tax dept report that they have no record of me or my return filed on 2/14/21 by now? Last I've seen you emailed me letting me know my return was accepted. Wayne H

Have you gone in the on-line system here:  myVTax - Home (vermont.gov) to check on your return's status?  Sometimes it's quicker than the phone.
