My problem was solved by switching from my VISA Card to my wife's Mastercard. Several days later we discovered the problem with the new Visa card we had earlier typed in was the incorrect date of expiration that I'd entered.
One situation your automatic program has was to try last year's credit card you had used. We had to replace that VISA card due to a hack; We got our replacement VISA in late January. You listed four different VISA numbers (in the last two years we have been hacked three times. Next year we are considering changing to a professional tax preparer who obviously will charge much more than Turbo Tax. ( I am 93 years young and my wife does not use much internet items although she's 13 years younger. ) Fortunately we can afford the higher cost. Paul R
I appreciated all the help I received from TT Specialists I talked to several times. I gave them high marks for their patience, No doubt my total hours your records show for the total time I was logged in to your system were due to my error, so I apologize belatedly. I even mentioned to one of them that my records were probably showing up in red ink! Your records on my 2021 return should indicate that a supervisor had to complete them. When he did them, I knew they were incomplete because they gave me two large refunds when I usually I had expected. I always (deliberatively) had expected debits, so I was not surprised when I had large 'underpaid estimated penalties' this year. Sincerely, Paul R
