Verified e-mail online and I still get rejected from e-filing?

was told to go to turotax.com to verify e-mail address , did that and it still won' let me e-file

Can you please provide additional details about the issue you're experiencing, once you complete the email verification, do you receive a specific error message when the e-file won't transmit? If so, please provide the error message.

I received a message while I was filing this year that I would not be able to e-file because I had accidently created an extra w2. I had to go back and delete it before I was able to e-file. Is it possible you did the same?
