Vanguard 2023 Tax Import

I have tried multiple times to import my Vanguard 1099B, Ints and Divs, but to no avail.  I either receive nothing is available to import or to contact Vanguard.  I have used Turbo Tax for years and have never had a problem.  The main reason I buy Turbo Tax is to import this information.   I have used both Brokerage and Mutual to try to import the ax info. I have printed the forms from Vanguard so I know they are available.  Please do not tell me to type in manually.   Extremely frustrating!

Just guessing but the transfer last year of Vanguard’s mutual fund platform to brokerage accounts might be responsible for this glitch.
