Back in August, I managed to add my Vancity account in Mint.com, and it worked well, it imported all transactions from the previous 3 months.
Then, after a few weeks, it said it had trouble synchronizing.
Today, I went back and tried to fix it. I'm able to connect to Vancity, it does MFA by sending me a code by text, I enter the code, and it tells me that it worked and that everything is fine.
But now in Mint, the balances of the Vancity accounts are updated correctly, however, the transactions from August to today are completely absent.
So it seems it's able to sync the balances, but not the transactions.
Could someone help me and look into it?

Okay, that's not clear at all, considering that when you search for a term in the help panel of Mint, or in the Mint support page (https://mint.intuit.com/support/en-us/help-search?q=vancity&uid=lmwr6i70), you get results from this site as well.
So I thought the two were linked...
