Using windows vista and will not transmitt
how can I file with windows vista
Thank you for using Turbotax. May i know which version of Turbotax application you are using. To check the version go to help menu of turbotax and select About turbotax 2016. In the popup got o components and check the Turbo.exe version if it is not 2016.20.13.340 please do update turbotax and try to efile again.
