Using It's Deductible

Is there a way to contact Intuit about using It's Deductible?

It would be very helpful if when switching years, you could select from the charities that you have already entered. It seems that it should be able to do this fairly easily, since they're already in a specific field of input.

This is for both online and mobile platforms.

Worldwide Office Locations | Intuit

Otherwise, there really is no support mechanism for the product.

I'm not sure what the issue is with your account...BUT...you do have to make sure you are signed into exactly the same UserID as you used in the prior year.

I hadn't used ItsDed yet for 2023, but when I go in to make a money entry, the entire list from 2022 show up as choices.  (yeah, I have some "test" Charities because I use ItsDed for program and import troubleshooting only).

Thanks for your response @SteamTrain.

I put all of the charities in on my mobile device and they show up on the computer. I had entered one in 2021, and it does show up in 2023. All other 14 charities were entered for 2022 (entered them on Jan1, 2023), and when I switch years to 2023, only the one from 2021 showed up and I had to add again the others that I have donated to so far in 2023.

I tried adding a new charity  (Bubbas Food Bank) and $$ donation  just now on the 2022 tab,.....and then went to the 2023 tab and started a $$ donation, and it showed up OK

BUT, I was working only on my computer.

If you entered your 2022 stuff on the mobile "App", I'm not sure how/when those link & get transferred to the regular computer browser access platform.  And make sure you log out of the Mobile App before accessing ItsDed on your computer.
