Using a Tax Expert has locked out access to previous files.

Using the Tax Expert in live has locked me out from accessing my previous Tax returns.  I have cleared my cache and cookies as you have recommended in other posts.  I still get sent to my tax expert, without access to anything else.  With respect, if so many people are having this same issue, the problem might be on your end.  

In a previous answer to another user, you told them that if your recommendation didn't work, to contact support.  I clicked on support tab, and got pushed right back to the question and answer page where I found your answers to the problem in the first place.

Please fix this.  No one likes going around in circles.
