If you chose the Deluxe CD, combo version, you can prepare and print unlimited returns for one state. There is no cost to print and mail your state tax returns. If you need to e-file your state tax return, there is an additional fee of $24.99 for e-file.

User has another thread on this issue, where there is more info about what user is doing. He/she is using the CD/download version.
