This is the site I went to and used. There are several others, but I used this one; it works just like the other one. You can't get your old information from Intuit, as it's too late for that, since they didn't tell us ahead of time, but screw them, never using them for anything again.

you can get your old ItsDeductible data from Intuit from here.  it takes up to 15 days to process, mine came in 6
