Turbotax Premier (which I have paid for) will not work on my computer. Do I have to pay again to file online?

You should then go ahead and use TurboTax Online to complete your return.

I haven't received the refund yet. I could get $67 from the Federal and $620 from the State. However, the TurboTax cannot find my status file. What Should I do?
