US: Tax extension from download version and now e file extension

Hello

So without knowing that Downloading (premier) version offers only mailing request to extension, the program ended up with Form 4868. It looks like e filing extension request is only available thru web version. 

In this case what options I can do?

Mailing FORM 4868 is not going to happen as I dont like mailing. 

Can I do e filing extension over web version (which is free) and then complete the tax return? 

Due to complexity of 2022's tax return, I prefer to use download version

Please advise.
