Uploading 1099 data from .tax2024

When I start a new form for 2025 and tell Turbo tax I want to import from 2024, it claims to have imported it but no information is transferred to the 2025 form.

rather than New Tax Return, have you tried Open Tax Return, select the .tax2024 file and it will ask if you want to transfer it into a new return
