I uploaded dividend information from my financial institution (RBC). The upload immediately affected my FEDERAL TAX REFUND at the top of the software but when I move forward in the program the results of the FEDERAL TAX REFUND revert back to the original amount. I view the tax forms in the program and the information is not reflected in the return. Has anyone else had this program? Is TurboTax working on a fix?

Normally when you enter a Form 1099-DIV your dividends will appear on lines 3a and 3b of your Form 1040.
Dividends are taxed differently depending on what type they are.
You may have dividends that you don't pay federal income tax on. These are often referred to as tax-free dividends.
Ordinary dividends are taxed using the ordinary income tax brackets for tax year 2023.
Qualified dividend taxes are usually calculated using the capital gains tax rates. For 2023, qualified dividends may be taxed at 0% if your taxable income falls below the following income brackets:

The response did not address my issue. The problem is that Turbotax does not retain the downloaded financial information in the program. It initially receives the info but as you move forward in the program it drops the downloaded information.
If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser.
