Hello. I'm looking to update my info onto the new W4 form so that I do not owe taxes every year. I have been owing for the past six years. How do I make the appropriate changes on my W4, so that I will have enough taxes withheld and not owe, as well as receive a refund every year? Thank you.

@gregelliottjr Owing taxes can be stressful, but we have a tool you can use to calculate what the withholdings should be to update your W4. Please click the link here W-4 Calculator and answer the questions. Once you have answered the questions you can then print out the W4 to give to your employer or update the W4 online.

Hi- will your W4 tool work if my husband is changing jobs this year, starting July 1st? His income will be about $10K less per year. But because he hasn't started yet, we don't have his monthly income data. We need to fill out the W4 for the new job and submit it. Thank you
