I have completed return up until the transmitt. The software tells me I am in need of an update prior to filing yet when i update it tell me i am using the most current version.. One click away from filing PLEASE HELP

What it means is to check if there are any updates that would apply to the program. Let's double-check to make sure:

• If you are using the TurboTax CD/Download software program:  Open the TurboTax program, from the top, under Online menu, select Check for Updates 

• If you are using the online version, it's an automatic update when you sign in and out.

I am also having this issue, and I did click the "Online" menu > Check for Updates, and I am receiving a message that I am up to date.

I am trying to transmit my taxes and keep getting the same message about updating your software. I do as the instructions say and it says my software is up to date.  I also have tried to use a different browser but nothing works. Help!!
