should i update my w4?

My wife and I file jointly. When i started my new job, I did not fill out or check off step 2 because my wife works. Also last year, we had a baby. Should I update step 3? But I want to make sure my wife and I do not end up owing. whats the best way to make sure we get the maximum refund?

The links provided by xmasbaby0 above are the best way to update your W-4 based upon your latest information.  The first link to the TurboTax calculator is probably the easiest to use as it breaks down the input needed to generate your new W-4 form.

Please see this link for additional guidance on the W-4 form.
