Yes I chose TurboTax to file because 2 months ago on your site it said that I could leave Healthcare blank with Trump's executive order I filled out the form and now I can't leave it blank please help

Until the ACA is repealed, its still the law of the land. Trump signed an executive order to give agencies like the IRS "discretion" to ease enforcement. If the agency chooses not to, then you still need to fill the healthcare portion if you have the requisite 1095 A or B and C.
