Unsure about claim agreement for my dependent. Is this for separated parents? We're together but unmarried. Do I need Form 8332?

NO. That form is for divorced or never married parents who live apart and share custody. You are all living together as a family. You do not use that form at all. Only one of you can claim the child as a dependent and use the child-related credits. The other parent files Single and does not enter any thing at all about the child on their return.
