Who should claim children if married filing seperately, the one who makes the most money or the least?

I have to file form 8379 because all of our refund went to pay a student loan for my husband and I need to put how many exemptions I would have if filing separately.

For the 8379 breakdown ... put all the kids in the injured spouse's column.
