Unprofessional to say the least

email: TurboTax <[email address removed]>, basically a fishing ad.

text: 60682, no identification whatsoever.

I received both of these after submitting my federal return. I verified independently they are both legit and from Intuit. However, they both reflect poorly on Intuit's professionalism and trustworthiness. Will give me pause next year when I am choosing a tax program. Just thought you'd like to know, but then you already do, given the amount of negative publicity they have caused online.
