A TurboTax agent can help you with a refund if you were charged for a service you did not use

1. Log in to TurboTax Online

2. In the upper right corner, click on "Contact"

3. Tell us the reason for the call

4. Enter your preferred contact phone number to receive a call back.  (see attached screen shot for guidance)
