Unlock my user id

Issue continues for 2 days. I updated my profile to my new address, email, etc. My user id was somehow changed to my email address. I cannot correct nor you attempted to login too many times and your account is locked for 15 minutes. I wait longer than 15 minutes and try again and get the same message. Have called Help line and they could not help me.
