uninstall and reinstall turbo tax 2024 from old win10 to new win11 machines

Replacing my windows 10 computers with new windows 11 computers, but by doing will exceed the 5 computer limit. Will uninstalling on old computer free up license to reinstall on new computer? If not, how do I handle this?
