Unexpected fees

hi, I have submitted all my documents one month ago and I was told the fee is 150$. For unknown reasons my return was dragged for one month and I am told the fee is 912$. I have asked for a fee review from my expert, he told me it was denied. I called customer service on was on hold for 30 minutes and talked with several people with the conclusion that I have to ask my expert again. I feel that the whole situation was dragged on purpose, so I have to be constrained to pay the unexpected fee pressed by the deadline. 

This is unacceptable
