Hi @Jurzenskic , no the exclusion will not show on your 1099-G, this will be an adjustment that is accounted for on the tax return.

No, it shows the tax that you withheld. When you put the 1099-G into TurboTax, TurboTax will not tax the first $10,200 if you qualify by having modified adjusted gross income of less than $150,000,
