unemployment

signed up for unemployment in ky live in tn was approved. did not receive any income from sept.9/20 to 5/3/21 

how or what can do to get my money. started back working on 5/3/21 filled out for while after got frustrated stop filling out weekly. first was saying under investigation tnan they updated there web page than went to fact finding.

It sounds like you need to speak to someone at the Kentucky Office of Unemployment Insurance about your claim. 

 

Here is a phone number I found listed for Claim help(877) 369-5984

Hello, and thank you for contacting TurboTax Live!  We appreciate your question and the opportunity to assist you.  We are sorry to hear that you did not receive your Unemployment Benefits.  Can you tell us which state you are experiencing this issue with?   That may assist us in providing the best advice to assist you with options and solutions to resolve this issue!  In the meantime - have you tried to contact the state Unemployment Agency, either by phone, or by an online portal/website?  If the state has an online/portal, you may even be able to describe your issue and that you have not yet received the funds via a chat session within the portal!
