I thought the first $10,000 of unemployment pay is not taxable.  I entered my 1099-G because it have federal income tax withheld.  How come I am still being taxed on the $3,500 unemployment ??

Is your AGI more then $140,000?

Look at the 1040 form Schedule 1, line 8 for "UCE".

Thank you so much.  Did not realize there is an income limit of $150,000.  Thank you for bringing that to my attention.

I filed with turbo tax and IRS sent me my unemployment tax.  I need to file an Arizona amended return.  Will turbo tax help me?
