Unemployment Refund

Will someone get a refund if they did not have taxes taken out of their unemployment when receiving it? If so how do you find out when and the amount you will receive due to the first 10,200 being tax free and supposedly getting a refund from it .

I would suggest going over the return and excluding the $10200 if you qualify.
