Under, "Wages & Income" why is it showing an amount for "refunds received in 2024" when I havn't filed for 2024 yet?

For example....if you itemized federal deductions last year for 2023, and during 2024 received a 2023 state or local refund, you enter it as a refund that you received in 2024. If you used standard deduction last year you do not enter the state refund.
