Under Unemployment (1099-G) I have filled out all sections but why does it continue to say "Needs Review" and doesn't list the amount under 2021?

That was happening last year when a zero was put in a field that should have been blank.  That usually happened when they were putting in the state amounts.  Check for any unneeded zero and remove.
