It sounds as if your 1098 got put into TurboTax twice.  You might want to check the entries in TurboTax by following these steps:

1. While in your Tax Home,
2. Select Search in the top right hand side of your screen,
3. Enter 1098,
4. Select Jump to 1098,
5. Review your 1098's, if there is a duplicate,
6. Select the Trash Can next to it.
