Under payment penalties

Regardless of what you're posting, your program followed line by line and answered stated that PA would be forgiven for 2023 underpayment. I got a bill today for $48.05 for underpayment. Your program has an issue and if it was corrected it was before updates. I prepared mine in late Feb.
