Under "investment Income" the Stocks etc line states that its "available now" and when I click it shows me the info that it imported. I it not putting figures there, it s

There are no figures there, it still says it is "available now" in green text!

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax. You can also try a different browser.

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.
