Under estimated Tax Payment and Natural Disaster

I live in a county that the IRS has deemed impacted by natural disaster in May 2024.   I also underestimated my tax payments in 2024 and they want to charge me another $298 penalty.  I have been told I can get that waived.  How is that done in Turbo Tax Premier?

Thank you.

Under estimated Tax Payment and Natural Disaster

Go to the 'Other Tax Situations' section of your federal tax return and scroll down to 'Additional Tax Payments'.  Under that section the first entry is 'Underpayment Penalties'.  Click start next to that and walk through the questions there.
