Have permanent partial disability rating  I from State of Washington was homeless for several years, I haven't filed for the state of Oklahoma either.

I need to file?

    It depends.

     

    The disability benefits usually aren't taxable until your income reaches $25,000 or $32,000 if filing as married filing jointly. 

     

    Is disability income taxable? 

     

    If you determine your disability income falls under the category of not being taxable based upon the link above, you may not have a filing requirement.
