NO, I did not authorize anyone to take a payment out. I have not use turbo tax since 2015. I wonder how many other people you have done this to.
TurboTax does not take payments out unless you use the service and put in your credit card number and agree to pay. The charge you received may be from a scammer. The only other possibility is that you had an account where they send you desktop version and that somehow got billed, but it is questionable that a credit card from 2015 would still be valid. Please call customer service and get this resolved.
