unable to upload ItsDeductible into TurboTax Premier 2024 (Windows)

I have tried several times, expecting that one of the recent updates might have fixed this issue, but alas not. I get this message: "Unable to sign you into TurboTax Cloud. Please check your sign-in info and try again." FYI, I can log into ItsDeductible with the user name and password that I am using within TurboTax.

It has been several weeks since I did this, but my recollection is that I chose the "Reset this PC" option because I had to reinstall all of my apps and files.

Nonetheless, you might try the "Fix problems using Windows Update" option first -- if it works you will save yourself considerable time and headaches reinstalling all of your apps.
