unable to update

I tried to download the Premier 2019 Mac version to my Mac Air Book. After I though my download was finished. However when I clicked on the app, it said We recommend these update. After I clicked Install update, it said Update Error!. The only click I could do here is Cancel Update and the app closed itself. My operating system is macOSHigh Sierra 10.13.6, 4 GB memory, should work. Please help!

SOLVED, switched from WiFi to broadband and it went through.
