unable to save and file

we are having trouble saving your return as the location you have selected has special characters

Try saving the file to another drive.

tried to save to another path by "save as", it is ok. But same error keep pop up when I choose "save". And I still cannot proceed to pay the "hidden state fee" and file the tax.
