Unable to register for Intuit Academy Tax Level 1

Hello,

I have been receiving emails from Intuit Academy inviting me to enroll in the Tax Level 1  course. However, the enrollment link does not work for me.

Here is what I have already tried:

• Cleared cache and cookies

• Tested multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari)

• Tried incognito/private mode

• Tested on both desktop and mobile

• Followed all suggested links and solutions from earlier community posts (including the March 2025 thread)

Unfortunately, none of these have resolved the issue. The links either redirect me back to Intuit’s main site or simply do not load the course registration page.

Could the Intuit Academy team please:

1. Confirm whether this course is currently open for registration.

2. Provide a working direct enrollment link.

3. Let us know if this is a regional restriction (e.g. Canada vs. US access).

Any guidance or a real fix would be greatly appreciated, as many of us are experiencing the same issue despite following all the troubleshooting steps.

I'm also having this same issue. I have also tried all of the above and I just get redirected to the website homepage. I would like to assume that it is still open for enrollment since I am also getting emails about the course. Seems like this is an on-going issue with the academy.
