Unable to open Turbotax Premier 2024

I purchases the program from Amazon and was able to install it on my Windows PC with no problem.  I was also able to open and import last year's tax information.  Since that time, I have been unable to open the program.  I have deleted and reinstalled it several times without success.  I have tried many of the suggestion on the Intuit website.  I have also downloaded a new version of the installation file.  Nothing works.

I have the same issue. Downloaded TurboTax in mid-Dec and today it will not open. Deleted and tried to reinstall download version purchased from Amazon and it does not work!
