Unable to enter W2 Info; Interface Problem?

I am trying to start my 2024 taxes.  I used TT last year, and so wanted to pull over as much info as possible.  It brought my personal info over, plus also listed both of my 2023 employers.  On the screen titled "Your W2 summary" it shows one (1)  W2 in red as "Needs review" but there is no way to click on it and review it and no way to manually input.  On the other W2, it shows "Not started" in green.  Again, nothing I click on allows me to proceed to either import or else manually input my data.  It really seems like there is a software glitch.  My TT is updated.

    Yes we can help with this.

     

    On the first W-2 that says Needs Review 

    1. Look for a BLUE Review button in the bottom left.
    2. If you don't see the BLUE button click Needs Review and it should appear.

    On the second W-2 that says Not Started, you can follow the same steps as above.

     

    If this isn't working I suggest deleting the problem W-2's and starting over.

    On the menu bar in the sidebar on the left.

                     

    1. Select Tax Tools. You may have to minimize tabs for Federal & State.
    2. On the drop-down select Tools
    3. On the Pop-Up menu select Delete a Form
    4. This will give you all of the forms in your return
    5. Scroll down to the form you want to delete
    6. Select the Form W-2 that is the problem
    7. Click on Delete.
    **Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post. **Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"
