Receiving message that this year I cannot efile due to IRS regulation changes on the forms that can be submitted via efile. I have been filing the same return through efile for two years (being retired, very little changes occur). What has changed?

The IRS changes its availability of forms to software companies who then scramble to code them into the program.
If awaiting updated tax forms from TurboTax, I have two questions: 1) will I be notified when my return is eligible for efile? Or do I just keep trying? 2) what does the timetable look like for the updates?
As I said before, the forms to be submitted are the same as for tax year 2022.
Thanks
Here is an article you can reference that will tell you particular forms availability. You will not be automatically notified.
