Unable to efile

Very frustrating experience this year. When I tried to efile fed and state, I kept getting rejected errors like agi didn't match records or pin not correct. I kept entering the correct info and still rejected 6 times for state and federal. I paid $21.34 to efile state and couldn't efile fed or state. I had to print and mail both. How do I get refund? Believe there must be a glitch in the 2019 deluxe turbo tax software.

The TurboTax account fees are for the use of the software to assist in completing a tax return.  The account fees are the same whether the tax return is e-filed or printed for mailing.

I paid to use the software when I purchased it from Office Max for $59. I was given the option to pay $19.99 plus tax to efile the state and that's what I did, but it would not accept the fed or the state...kept giving me rejections and they were worded IND-032-04 - 'SpousePriorYearPIN' or 'SpousePriorYearAGIAmt' in the Return Header must match the e-File database. I checked, rechecked, checked, rechecked the 2018 data in question and it was correctly entered the first time and every time after that since I kept trying to get it to file once I confirmed that the AGI I entered was correct.   I feel I'm entitled to a refund since it wouldn't let me efile the fed or the state and I had to incur the cost of printing and mailing even though I paid to efile.

Return already rejected multiple times for AGI or self-select PIN. You can no longer e-file using these methods, print and mail your return instead.

FYI-the AGI and Pin were auto-populated from last year. I only attempted to file once.
